Ziptility helps water utilities run their field work. Working directly with Ziptility, we designed the UX and UI for the mobile app crews use every day: task lists for repairs, hydrant flushing, and pump station maintenance; a map view that puts every asset and job on the street where it lives; and quick task forms with photos, assignees, and due dates. Everything is built for gloves-on, in-the-truck use: big touch targets, strong contrast, and as few taps as possible. Users noticed: reviewers say it "just works."
